KITTEN HELP PLEASE SO WORRIED?
Ok i foster kitten from the RSPCA in litters at the moment i have 3 7 week old ginger one is a loner and depend on me a lot that one isn't drinking i have sat with them all day not one drink eating sure but not drinking so i got a bottle (that i have used for other cats that don't drink) i usually just pinch the teet and water drips and the cat drinks it but when i tried he got really scared and ran away i don't know what to do he wont drink out off a bowl or be bottle fed im so worried about him please also another cat in the litter comes on me and is sucking my tummy area 2-3 times a day he eats and drinks so i don't know whats wrong both cats are pooing fine.Please please please help all answers apreciated

but have u tried placing the teat in the kittens mouth and squeeze it so it doesn't get scared, and rub it's neck to stimulate it to drink, but i would call a vet.
Lean something about cats They are not naturally drinkers and are suppose to get their moisture needs from their food/prey. That is why dry food shouldn't be fed Your cats are fine
Ken S - Learn something about cats yourself. Cats aren't naturally drinkers? What are you talking about? Cats drink water, just like dogs. For the first kitten, you may need to buy a smaller nipple, or try putting some water/milk on the tip of your finger, opening his mouth, and putting it on his tongue. Then, let him smell your finger - he should lick more milk/water off it. Try setting him next to the bowl of water/milk, and letting him realize it's the same thing. If this doesn't work, consult a vet. As for the second kitten, it's probably an issue of the fabric you're wearing, and that you give off body heat. This is normal kitten behavior when they're bring weaned.
