why does my cat always get sick after shes in heat?. shes 8 months and got in heat in november for the first time and after that she got sick and in december after she was done she got sick again and now shes sick again. She has like her eyes swollen and she sneezes a lot and her nose hurts a lot too blood comes out of her nose too.

Feed her on home cooked meat and veges, get her off processed foods. They are slow killers and contain highly toxic and poisonous ingredients.

Cats don't get nosebleeds unless there is serious infections or tumors in the nose.
This cat needs a vet. You need to take the cat in when the symptoms are at their worst so the vet can see what is going on.
Then get the cat spayed ASAP.
