I currently feed my cats Advance tinned food, which is good, but I want to know people's opinions on what they think is the best in Aus. Provide a nutritional explanation if it helps. Thanks!

I feel the best diet for a cat or a dog is to go all natural and feed Raw.

I am in the US and have tried before to help people in Australia find good cat food without much luck. The best I could do was a food manufactured in New Zealand called Ziwi Peak. I assume it is available in Australia.

And, as someone else mentioned, you could do a homemade raw diet for your cat. It is less expensive than commercial food and you know exactly what is and isn't in it.
