I might be moving and now my family can finally get a four legged pet lmao - i currently live in an apartment with a no pet rule. It sucks, but we snuck in fish XD
Anyway, my mom is most likely (most definitely) getting herself a furry feline friend and I want to know which breed is the best. Please give me the physical characteristics of that breed, it's personality, what the mspca holds, and some cute names . Sorry it's a lot, I just want the right pet lol.

I don't know what you're looking for, exactly, but I have a few favorites! XD
The Maine Coon is the biggest breed of cat, and I don't know if that's what you want ... but they're often long-haired, very cute ... docile most of the time ... Good pets to have ! They're usually brownish.
I also like Scottish Folds. They come in a couple different colors, but their ears are folded down and it's the cutest thing! Their eyes are so wide, too! Very adorable.
pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com I'm not sure what specific breeds the MSPCA in your area holds, exactly ... and I don't know what price these two cats usually fetch (Maine Coons are common show cats, however ... could make them expensive?) but they're two of my very favorites!
Russian blues (come in dark dark colors) are also good if you want a more regal-looking cat, but I don't know exactly their personality. Sorry!

The best way to find out which cat breed is the right one for you is to go to animal planet and use the cat breed selector. It asks you questions about what your looking for in a cat (activity level, grooming, etc.) and it shows you the top cat breed matches for you. This is the site:

The best thing to do is check with your lacal shelter. They have cats and kittens that desperately need loving homes and most will be spayed/neutered up to date on shots vet checked. All they need is love. If your mother isnt looking to breed purebred cats then the shelter kittens are just as good. All kittens need good high protein food, fresh water, toys, litter box a clumping litter and lots of loving
The best breed, in my opinion , is the good old domestic short hair or domestic long hair. They come in every color, size, and personality imaginable. Search for shelters and rescue groups by zip code (and see adoptable pets) here:
