For some reason when my cat sees someone for the first time or if he hasn't seen them in a day or two, he'll raise his head at them, but never seems to do it to me. Does my cat just not like me or is he just more weird than I thought?
Note: If you need some more information on my cat to figure it out, he's a male and an indoor cat, and he's fixed. (I don't know if any of that would help though)
I think he's just checking everything out and he just likes new people. he must just be used to you and likes to check out new surroundings because he is an indoor cat and people amuse him haha. My cat does that if he sees bugs sometimes and your cat must just like to check out new things. (:

It is animal's way of saying that they would not attack your or harm you that they trust you and want you to trust them, Cats and Wolves are related, Wolves do the same thing. Also .. when cats wink it means the same thing.
