Why do my outdoor kittens want to get inside so bad?

few months old 3 kittens, no mother cat. enough food (they always eat) and water outside, with litter box. i do play with them sometimes outside but they always wait by the door. they always climb the windows meowing and scratch the door meowing to get in. especially this one kitten who meows a lot!!!

i feel bad by their cute meows but letting them to be indoor cats is out of the question cuz my mom will kill me! lol.
Kittens just do that at that age. They wanna be right where you are. Don't give in and let them in or they will keep trying. We have kittens with Momma's who do that. They will be just fine outside if you have shelter for them. Ours make it winters outside. Cats arn't bred to be strictly inside like Yorkies & Chiauhuas. They have insulated coats that help keep them cool & warm when needed so don't feel bad about them being outside. You sound like you've got a shelter & feed them regularly so they'll be just fine, maybe buy some cheap kitty toys to help keep them busy. Good luck!
These are still kittens, they belong indoors. It's Winter. They should not be outside at all anyways at this age (or in my opinion, any age). pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

If they die from the cold - forget it. Your mother never should have let you have kittens only to keep them outside.

This is so frustrating to hear stories like this. I've seen and heard too much and just can't go on. You are responsible for the lives, health, well-being, food and PROPER SHELTER for these cats - it's the law according to the HSUS.

THEY BELONG INDOORS - NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS!

They will die outside.

Sorry, this type of question frustrates me to no end. The kittens will die. YOu'll forget them in time. They will have suffered a horrible death, freezing outdoors - they rely solely upon you for their care. You are responsible for them . Save them! Bring them indoors! Tell your mom to read up on the HSUS basic laws of caring for a pet. (HSUS=Humane Society of the United States). Right now, they are being totally neglected by being kept outside in the cold and because of their young age.

Agh!

ADD: There is no "Flag" under your name, you mention no "warm country" you live in. Regardless, they are STILL kittens - kittens should not BE outside. It doesn't matter what country your are from. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

Chill and be a responsible human being - do what's best for your kittens - take them to a no-kill shelter. You are fooling yourself if you think nothing can get to the kittens. Have you heard of "birds of prey?" Other BIG cats, roaming dogs? Whatever animals are in "your country?" that could swallow your kittens in one bite?

Take responsibility and do right by these precious little beings who are relying solely on you. Also, before getting any more 'kittens', read up on how to care for them!
They are much too young to be out by themselves. .. had they even had any vaccines? They can get really sick because they don't have strong immune systems .. not to mention that at that age they are super vulnerable to predators such as owls, hawks, foxes, or dogs .. . raccoons have even been known to kill kittens! Take them inside or give them to someone who will keep them in. If letting them in is out of the question then re-homing them to a more responsible owner would really be the best thing to do.

Look chick, it doesn't matter that you live in a gated community, their are still raccoons and hawks and owls and dogs. Your neighbors more than likely have dogs. Plus there is absolutely no way to keep other wild animals from getting in. Plus adult cats will also harm kittens. You can't tell me their aren't cats because the kittens came from somewhere.
Promise your mom you'll take care of them if they come inside. Get them to a vet, get them fixed, you will have a nice family of kittens to keep you company and grow old with you. Its not hard, water, food, a litter box, some simple toys (they like boxes). besides its getting cold.

Heck, keep them in your room if you have to. They love getting under the bed.

my iddy biddy kitten sitting next to me told me to write this. there, I scratched her ears.
Oh, poor babies! At that age they are still babies and want warmth, affection and attention. Of course they want to be where you are. Do they have a shelter? Warm bedding? Can you allow them in the garage at least? I'm sorry your mom is so adamant about not letting them inside. That would kill me to say no to them. Sorry!
Imo you need to spend more time with them as much as possible. Bring a book or something. Is it warm enough for you to grab a sleeping bag and stay with them at night. You don't have to play with them when your around them, just being there counts too.
They need to be inside, they're to young to be on their own. Ask your mother to take them to the Humane Society, there they'll have a chance at survival.
They will die. A car, a person, a hawk, antifreeze (which leaks from cars). They are clearly miserable and endangered living with you. Give them away to someone who can take better care of them.
