its obvious that you should take the cat to the vet because the vets have THE MEDICINE to cure the cat.
Since each problem has it's own medication or preventative care, you need to have the vet identify what's wrong FIRST so you have a diagnosis.
A trip to the vet. The vet is the only one qualified to diagnose and treat your cat.
