There mom cleaned them with her tongue and they clean themselves with their tongue. Anyways I just cleaned my entire cat in 10 minutes. She seemed weirded out at first, but I think liked it towards the end. Is this normal to do? How often should I do this?
Cats clean themselves. She will do a better job at it that you would. If you still want to clean her, use a damp washcloth and then dry her with a towel. She will probably love being rubbed (gently).
It's not normal and you shouldn't do it. They don't need you to clean them, they manage perfectly fine on their own. The reason the mom cleans kittens for the first few weeks of their life is because they don't do it themselves. You're going to end up having hair balls in your stomach that you (unlike a cat) can't cough up.

I wouldn't go around licking any stray cats or your cat for the matter but if you want to clean your cat like this then so be it. I would suggest twice a day for no more than 10 minutes every session.
Absolutely not. cats can and prefer to clean themselves. Also did you know that if you were too swallow a flea, they form into tapeworms in your stomach?? That could kill you, please do not lick your cat. I bathe my cat in the bath tub once a month just to get the oils of their skin under control .... I have an inside cat. dont lick you cat .... please.

Serious? Um just use a warm rag and hairbrush to help them keep clean, they don't need help brush to help with hairballs.
It's perfectly normal. I would say once in every eight hours would be fine to keep your cat clean.
