We have 4 cats, the mother and her 3 kittens, they are about a year old now, but one of them always wants to suck on the nipple of the others, not just mummy's. He even tries to suck on the other boys nipples. we try to stop him but he keeps going at it. Will he grow out of it? or is there something i can do to make him stop?

He may grow out of it, he may not. Since he is still with mom I'd guess he will. The other poster is right, they normally do it if separated from mom too soon.
There is nothing you can do to stop him. It's just his thing.
Normally kittens/cats only do this if they've been taken from their mother too soon; however, boy cats tend to do it more than female cats. It certainly isn't going to hurt either of the cats, though if they get irritated at him for doing it, they may give him a quick slap. Give him lots of attention and it make improve his self esteem/security (so he won 't be afraid of being left out).
