I got a five month old male kitten just yesterday and today he urinated on the floor and I am pretty sure it was blood that came out. I "checked" him to make sure he wasn't bleeding on the outside. There were no cuts so he obviously urinated blood. I have never had a male kitten before and he has been neutered if that makes a difference. Should I be worried about this?
It is most likely a urinary tract infection UTI. It can be treated with antibiotics and can be treated with relative ease compared to other illnesses and is very common in cats. You're going to have to take him to the vet as soon as possible and get medicine. If you don't the infection can reach his kidneys and become very serious, very fast. See if your local animal shelter has discounted vet visits.
Yes, that sounds pretty serious. Give him extra water and after 3 days or so if his urine is still red, take him to the vet ASAP
Yes yes yes take your kitten to the Vet. If he is puking up blood it is very serious in this case. To be a kitten (not very old at all and your puking up blood that is not good news ) Take your poor kitten to the vet before it is to late: (

I hope your kitten gets better: (
take him to the vet, my friend had the same problem and it turned out to be a protein clot thing that was in his urethra and cutting him on the inside. He might have to get surgery if it's really bad, but my friend's cat has healed completely:)
The vet is your only choice in this situation if you are sure it is blood.
vet now !!!!!!!!!! !!
