my cat has a leaky butt: (?

whenever she lies down on anything, theres no poop, but theres poop stains, like poop water oozes out or something. its the grossest thing ever and im so frustrated with cleaning every day. I've tried switching her food. It didnt help. We no longer give her wet food (we stopped this like a month ago) and that didnt help either.

does anyone else have this problem ????

do you think it could be possible that maybe her dish hasnt been cleaned in a couple years and that could be the cause?

what is wrong here ... she never used to have this problem.
Her anal glands are leaking for some reason. She needs to go to the vet and have them drained. You can do it yourself but I don't think you would want to. My old cat had this problem it was really disgusting D:
Definitely clean her dish! It should be cleaned daily, especially if she is on canned food. Is she spayed? If not, are you sure she is leaking from her anus? If you are not sure, be sure! If she is unspayed, she may have a uterine infection called pyometra, which will cause death if not treated ASAP. The options if it is from her anus is a bacterial infection in her intestinal tract, or the good bacteria has been killed off and she isn't digesting properly robbing her from vital nutrients, or she has an anal gland issue. Anyone one of these things definitely needs to be investigated by a vet for proper treatment after diagnosis. If the good gut bacteria has been killed off, then you can try using a probiotic. Sometimes the good bacteria in the gut is disrupted by age, which will cause loose stool to severe diarhea. Please see your vet first.
I didn't have this problem. Neither did my cat.: p Why don't you call a vet? Maybe it's something serious. Clean her dish though. It's not a big deal it will take two minutes, a lot less that asking whether this could be the cause.
LOL I don't mean to laugh but poop water made me laugh. I don't know what the problem could be, have you taken her to a vet? My vet said that switching food can cause diarrhea.
No it's not the bowl, does she fart alot? If so she may have a digestive problem, you may want to get her checked. Only because she never had this problem.
maybe she ate the wrong food.
