they my not sell cat clothes but they sell dog clothes. they have 3 + sizes "Xsmall, small, mediam, large, and Xlarge" you are most likly to find small, mediam, and large.
i would advise you to buy the small or mediam. it depends on your cat.

Petsmart has a limited selection in their holiday stuff. The closest I can think of is their cat collar with a plaid bowtie and fabric that looks like a shirt collar.
Try Ebay, they sell almost ANYTHING approximately legal
