Temp: A normal temp is between 100 - 102 degrees.
Color: Check her gums - they should be pink, not a shade than can be considered pale or grey.
Hydration: When you pinch her skin (scruff area is best) it should flatten again within 2 seconds.

If any of these are irregular, you need to visit your vet. She should be eating normal kitten food and drinking well, with normal bowel movements.
