Should I remove a claw from my cat's head?
Today, I was petting my cat and I felt something strange on his head. With a little investigation, I found out that it was a claw, but not one of his. It wasn't there last night, or this morning. It's not stuck in his skull. I just need to know if it will cause more infection if I take it out than if I leave it in.
yes do remove it my cats fight a lot and they often get claws stuck in them and if we dont find them they get infected and abscess

its happened to me before
It can cause an infection whether you leave it in or not. It's best to take your cat into the vet as soon as you can get an appointment because it can cause an abscess which will cost more than taking your cat in now.
The sheaths that come off the sides of cat's claws end up everywhere. Just take it off him.
Oh my goodness! Perhaps it's his evil twin that he had absorbed in the womb. Get that cat to a vet pronto before the rest of it starts trying to emerge! :)
I was wondering where all my male cat's teeth keep missing too. Sorry, my male cat was trying to mate with your cat last night
