My vet sexed my cat to be a boy and she had kittens?

Only on rare occasions do humans ever have kitten offspring.
Not that unusual. When they're really young it can be hard to tell, even for a professional.
If it was an adult cat, then yes, I would say it was unusual. Still, you should have brought him in to be neutered, and they would have figured it out and spayed her.

any person with a brain, and especially a college DEGREE can tell a boy cat from a girl for God's sake. get another vet asap!!
I'm not a vet but I can tell by looking whether a kitten or a cat is a male or a female. If a vet can't do that, then I definitely would recommend finding another one.
