my kitten is probably 2 months old her so and just got over having severe anemia. The vet said her chances were very low. But we gave her gaderade every hour for 3 straight days and she has came back pretty much completely. Its been 2 weeks since that happened she is eating and drinking by herself and regularly. But her stomach seems overly full and possibly bloated... also she has got a pretty rapid heart beat. You can see her nostrals move when she breathes but she plays and is alert and acting as a kitten should.
Should I be worrie or just wait and see if it passes?She has been breathing this way for about a week.

If it were me I'd have her checked out by a vet for the new symptoms since she was so sick before.

Your kitten needs to go see a vet ASAP, since your kitten has alread been seriously ill!!!!!!!!!!!
