My cat pukes every time he poops?
HELP! I rescued my cat from the the shelter one month ago. He was good for about 2 weeks, then had a bowel movement and it had a little blood in it. A few days later he was pooping just outside of the litter box but there was never any blood in it again. A week ago he started puking after every bowel movement, every single time. He has a vet appointment tomorrow. My question is: What would cause him to get progressively violently ill after each bowel movement? He shows no signs of pain, but he has always been bloated. What is the most likely cause?
Sounds like either a parasite or IBS.
, bring a relatively fresh poop sample with you.
You don't say how old he is, if a kitten probably a parasite-check for coccidia, giardia, and worms

I would agree, its probably either worms, IBS, or chronic wind.
The strain of using the pooping muscles sometimes pushes the organs towards the head . therefore when kitty has just eaten and needs to poo the stomach is getting constricted and forces kitty to vomit too.
therefore any of the above conditions which will be inflaming the bowels and making them take up more room inside kitty will make it more likely to vomit.
