So my cat has these little scabs appearing by the opening of her ears where the fur is really thin. at first it was only one and it went away. I looked the other day and there was more, three in a little group and like two more spread out. And she has these little bumps behind her ears and on her back near her tail It's really hard to find the bumps because she has LOTS of fur but when I touch them they don't hurt her.. We're going to take her to the vet but we have to wait for money first.

These sound like skin mites, your cat has picked up the parasite and you need to go to the vet to get this treated. Good luck.

You have probably got some flying insect spray in your house somewhere.
Spray a small cloth, (or preferably a cotton bud) with it and wipe the inside of your cat's ear as often as possible.

This sounds like some sort of bug, mite, or parasite. Is your cat scratching at them. I hope you can get the money together soon because its only going to get worse and spread until it gets treated. Also, if you have other pets, keep this one isolated in case the condition is contagious/transferable.
