As he is neutered, why can't he go out? He can't do any harm, he will get what he wants, and you will get peace.

why did you let him go out now tell him not to?
my cats never bothered as they never went out.

Just let him out. He won't leave, and even if he does he won't be gone long.

My outdoor cat is neutered, too.

I have the same problem, but won't let my cat outside, as I love him to much:) you jus need to get used to it I'm afraid, I knw wot ur going through sooooooo annoying lol, but I love him :)

My male neutered cat did the same thing (up until someone stole him). I used to take his mind off going outside. If he has a favorite toy, play with him to get his mind off going outside. I used to let my cat go in and out. When I did not want him going out because of bad weather, he would meow to the point that you could hear him from outside. It worked great when I played with him because I would get him so worn out that he would snooze the day away. lol. My cat used to fetch like a dog, so I would toss his mouse and we would do that for a good bit then he passed out. No more meows for the day. =) pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com

Let him out, my cats go out whenever they like ( I MEAN DAY TIME). They are happy and so am I. I do stay with them though, I like to be around them and watch them.

Just pick him up and give him some attention. Let him sit on your lap, give him good scratches around his head to divert his attention. Keep it up and he will be less likely to want to go outside.
