If they're moving, they're still alive. BUT, you should consider taking her to the vet ASAP, so he can check and see if there's one STUCK in the birth canal. IF there's one stuck, it's blocking the others from being born. If one is stuck and dead, it can poison the rest AND the mom .... so, take her & the newborns to the vet FIRST THING TOMORROW MORNING (it's night time, here )......
Hope everything is okay ....... and all the kittens survive. Good luck.

Is your cat an outdoor cat or did you have her bred. That is the most important question. If she was impregnated outside than you may be dealing with 2 different litters of kittens. YES this is possible so they might not all be due at the same time.
pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com If you are sure that she mated with only one cat than it is likely resting. Labour will often stop in cats for up to 24 hours. If she has not started labour within 24 hours you might have complications and need to see a vet. It's good its Tuesday and you don't have to worry about going over the weekend.
With all that said does she have a fever? You can take it rectally and anything over 102 degrees means trouble. A cats temperature will drop to about 99 degrees when she is in active labour. So taking her temperature is a good idea at this time.
So keep a close eye on her and the kittens tonight and if she does not deliver by morning than take her to the vet. There really is no other option.
I am going to send you an answer I sent someone in the same situation a few weeks back and if you wish to read it, it will give you a lot of good advice!
"About" is a good site to check for the actual birth.

Breeder and true LOVER of all thing Catish!
Emergency vet NOW - if you want to save the mother and the babies. Do not wait any longer or they will die inside and poison the mother. Get her spayed when the kits are 8 weeks old unless the vet does an emergency c-section now - then have the vet spay her at that time.
leave her alone !!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! keep your kids, the dog and all other cats away. She'll lose them and maybe her life if you don't
