Kitten is sick maybe upper respiratory infection?
My neighbor across the street as a kitten that had upper respirtory infection and she has medicine for it too.
Would it be okay to give it to my kitten?
I'm for sure yet if she has the infection.
answer: the only way to know for sure is to take your kitten to the vet. if it does have the same thing as the cat across the street, then you can ask the vet about that type of medication. it wouldn't be safe to give to your cat without a professional to give it the go ahead.
i hope your kitty gets better

I wouldn't . For one thing she shouldn't have a full course of antibiotics left after she's done with her cat. If you only use part of the course, the infection can come back stronger and you'll need another round of different antibiotics to clear that up. Plus you won't have the proper dose for your kitten's age/weight.
Secondly, most upper respiratory infections start as a virus. So keep a close eye on her and see how things go. Antibiotics won 't help at that point. If you start to see snotty sneezes or green/yellow discharge from the eyes or nose, that's a good sign that there's a secondary bacterial infection involved and you should see your vet.
