she slaps any dog that walks her way,and when their sleeping,she smacks them.(they eventually attack.)And when my brother and sister(older.)Try to pet her she bites and claw's,even though they live with us.She also attacks guest,she rarely attacks me and my mom.(because we stay away from her.)

My grandparents had a cat like that, the dog slapping included. I was the only person to play with it.

Haha I'm sorry some cats are just mean. Maybe she had a traumatic experience involving being touched by a person? She sounds like a mischievous cat, attacking the poor dogs. I'm sure she's sweet sometimes.
