How can I make my 1 week old kitten Pee & poop? What should I do?
Okay so I know you need to put a wipe on his/her genitals...so can I use any wipe like baby wipes? thanks. :D

you need to massage his tummy and ano-genital area in a gentle circular motion, with a damp cotton ball or square.
good for you for taking care of this little one, did you find it abandoned? i know it is a BIG job trying to take over all the work of a mother cat.
a good site about hand raising kittens is kitten-rescue.com
Your best option is a cotton ball dampened with warm water. It's less abrasive than a wipe and really really good at absorbing any pee that shoots out in a direction that isn't the sink. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com
For poop, gently massaging the lower belly in a downward motion similar to that the bowels would take isn't a bad idea, but unless your kitten has worms or seriously constipated, you might not even need to do that much. Some cats figure out their poop on their own.
Good luck.

I'm assuming you do not have the mother cat. If you have her, she should be taking care of this. If not . . . Yes, you can use baby wipes but they should be unscented. Stimulate it's genitals after every feeding. You can expect them to pee everytime but they won't poop everytime. If your kitten didn't get adequate milk for a day or two, they may not poop for the first day because it is using every nutrient in the food.
Make sure you are feeding her kitten milk replacement and not cow's milk. Cows milk can give them diarrhea and cause dehydration which can kill a kitten.

Generally, the mother cat will take care of all the interaction with such things. On the other hand if something has happened to the mother I suggest finding a surrogate mother to adopt the kitten until it is old enough to do things itself. Try contacting a Humane Shelter to help you with this problem. The kitten will have a greater chance for life with a lactating female cat. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com
I know you mean well, but it is not in the best interest of the kitten for you to try to care for him. There are other things that the kitten will need to learn from the mother cat. The kitten will be emotionally stunted and will seem a bit retarded as it gets older without the help of an adult catto teach it. Honest!!
Please try to find a surrogate to mother this kitten!!
After you feed it especially you need to use wipes to get it's function working. I am guessing there is no mother to take care of it...because if there is and mom will take care of it you should let her. ok so i don't see why baby wipes would not be ok as they are very sensitive for the babies skin so go ahead. It seems like you have this all figured out so good job you will do fine. :)
