We have one of those cups that you freeze to keep the beverage colder longer, that my mom had beer in. My cat loves to drink the condensation off the side of the cup, is it safe? I know cats can't have beer, I was just wondering if it would affect him. Help?

The condensation on the side of the cup is just water. The beer doesn't leak out of the sides of the glass.

Well, since condensation is water and water is safe for everyone.. yes it is fine..even if your cat were to get a little drop of beer it is not going to kill them.

The condensation on the outside of the cup is NOT beer that is "oozing through" the cup. It is the moisture in the air that collects on the cup because the cup is cold, and is therefore simply pure water. If your mother allows the cat to lick the outside of the cup, it is no harm.
