my female parakeets layed 3 egges 3 hatched but evry day one is dying why is this i look in box and there all flat and dead

Your budgie is probably young and inexperienced. The next time she should do fine. Also, there could have been something wrong with them, but I really doubt with all of them. Birds will ignore or kick out of the nest the babies with problems because they can't waste the time and energy feeding a sickly baby that will not make it anyway. If this happens again, you can feed them yourself, but it takes you being there pretty much all the time or having someone who can help. You can get baby bird food in the pet stores and with babies that small you're going to have to feed every few hours at first.

Brandon, either the mother isnt feeding them or you have a health issue going on in the nestbox.
make sure all parents you put down to breed are over 12 months for maturity. Do your morning and nightly nestchecks and look to see if they show food in their crops. If not being fed you need to have a foster pair setup at the same stage as these ones so you can foster chicks in to another nest. Trying to raise budgies from newborn yourself will have little success.

Have 400 show budgies

Either your parent budgies are too young to know how to raise the babies ( both parents have to be at least 12 months old), or you have health issues going on inside your nest box.
