How to remove soap from cockatiels wing?
I brought my bird into the shower and noticed that body soap had fallen on his wing. I gave his three baths in warm water to try washing it off but the feathers are still clumped and dont look normal. How can i get his wings back normal and healthy??
you know thats a good question i would segest you do some research on the internet people are just problobly say wash it off because they dont pay attention
2 people to do this!
one person holds the bird and the other person washes the bird's wings..it will help a lot!
wash it softly..dont squeeze the bird or his wings hard!
wash it with water ONLY! and like a cloth too so u can scrub off the soap..like I said not too hard!

Don't use any cleaners such as Dawn dish-soap as it contains chemicals that he could inhaled and cause him to die from. Just use water on his wings. The only other way would be to allow the soap to dry up on its own. Hope he comes out ok from this ordeal.

Usually, I always allow my parakeets to become dry from the hot/humid air that mother nature provides in the form of hot temperature from outside.
