I'm torn between a:
Green Parrotlet,
Pineapple Green Cheek Conure,
or an Indian Ringneck.
Please, I need help deciding which bird to choose, I am just looking for the friendliest (preferably quietest) of the three. Anybody have any tips on deciding? The cage is definately big enough for any of the three. Thank You!

Most Parrots are really noisy, especially Conures!!! in fact, generally birds are noisy. So if you need a quiet pet, a bird may not be the best option.

Indian Ringneck! You will probably never get bored with one of these! xD

Ring-necks are the loudest of the three, with parrotlets probably being the quietest. All three can be very freindly, but the GCC and the Ring-neck are usually more social than parrotlets. pets question and answers,www.5d2d.com
All things considered, I'd go for the conure. GCCs are queiter than most conures, even if they can still make noise, and can be quite palyful and bond with their owners.
Do take note though that there are many exceptions to all that I've said.
