I suppose
If you are really concerned about the health of your owl you would have gained enough experience before getting it that you would know this already! You would also be asking this of someone you know who knows about owls, not on the internet where anyone can claim to be an expert and answer. Owls are not plants - they do not wilt. But ..

EVERY LIVING ANIMAL NEEDS WATER TO SURVIVE IN CAPTIVITY. Owls don't drink much, getting most of their water from the food (I hope you are feeding it proper food - fresh raw whole carcasses with fur, bone and fluff) but they still drink occasionally (particularly when hot or unwell) and they need to bathe frequently to keep their feathers in good condition. Give your poor bird some water and get some knowledge!
I have cared for owls for 18 years and watering is VERY important. please make sure that your owl is properly watered at least 3 times a week to avoid signs of decay.
yes of course!
