It mostly depends on who you are giving.
Anyway, I think you shouldnt give away such a small pup to anyone.
If its a german shepherd, rottweiler, working line doberman, spaniels, belgian malinois let me know we need more dogs (well bred only)
the pup is going to spend his whole life wondering where he came from.
