I have a drawer where i keep all my parakeets seeds, millets, toys, etc. And i saw that the bag of bird seeds ripped.and now theres a bunch of these little brown beetle-like bugs.
IDK what to do ... is it dangerous, what type of bug is it? How do i prevent it from happening again?

You should keep the seeds in a tupperware type container .. this way bugs cannot get in and they will stay fresher. The bugs are probably not harmful to your birds .. many birds eat bugs .. but you should just throw it away and start fresh.
