If she is on a nest that is on the ground it will be 21 days. If in a nest box it can be some hatched and none hatched as they need the moisture from the soil. If not on the ground fashion a nest on the ground in a secure spot and at dark move her and her eggs to it. Mine always stayed on the eggs.
At 21 days from time the hen starts to incubate them ... no more and no less
