My little brother owns 4 budgies, 2 in each cage. There's been times when they fly around all crazy in the cage and chirp loudly, yet I see nothing weird going on around. Then they look around their surroundings. What does this mean?
Yes, this is normal. I too have 4 parakeets, all in one cage and the male parakeets chirp a lot. You can bring those birds outside their cage for some time in a day, provided you are there to have an eye on them and also you dont have any other pet like a dog or cat.
That is what healthy, happy budgies do.
my 4 budgies squack all day, i think it means they are happy!
