My budgie wont move or make noise?

i got my 2 budgies on Saturday. the first day they were fine. quiet but OK.

both have been eating well.

and now today in the morning, they were chirping, nibbling, eating, playing happily.

but now both of them are sitting on the perch. not doing anything. they're sleeping for hours.

in the pet shop both of them were perfect.

please help me
Budgies are most active in the morning and evening. They are flock birds, so they interact with each other, and then have a rest. My budgie has always taken little "naps" midmorning and midafternoon. Then suddenly he'll wake up with a loud chirp and be ready to play again.

Also you've only had them for a few days. It can take up to 2 weeks for them to get used to their new surroundings, a new person, cage, food etc. Give them time. My budgie took a whole week before he even chirped. If they'd been in the shop for any length of time that was "home" and they are now in a strange place. You'd be edgy at first too ... remember they had no choice, they were just moved!
This is normal. They are babies, they sleep a lot. They are just getting used to their new home. If one of them is on the bottom of the cage and not moving then there's a problem. As long as they are on the perch, they are just sleeping.
they're prob jus getting used to new surrondings etc. if they're no better in a few weeks take them to the vet. also put them near an open window so they can hear other birds
its an ex budgie it ceases to be a budgie this budgie sir is dead
You sure they aren't dead? if so they taste great in a curry.
