im thinking of buying this yellow headed amazon parrot i think its 5yrs old im unsure until i go and have a proper look tomorro its been dna sexed as a male. its been living in an avery but will be living in a cage if u buy it but will be letting it out daily. i don't know if it talks or not which is why im asking will it still learn to talk at that age. i breed budgies and cockatiles so i do know a little about birds.

Yes, that is young for a DYH. Mine was a year old when I got him and he picked it up pretty quickly. Yours will too.
