There's a hawk at my window every morning. i sleep with it open buy he never jumps in. i walk up to him and he dose-int fly away i never feed him so hes not after food. And he wakes me up every weekday at 9:00 am on the dot? then he will be waiting for me at the front door? WTF is going on?

It could be a sign. Animals are weird that way, they could be telling you something, or they are smart, and are seeing how you react. Just watch where he flies to, and see what happens when you leave the window shut, it could be anything...
It might be someones former Falconry bird and he thinks you look similar to his old trainer . Do a search in your area for falconers and see if one wants to come by and can get your falcon( Hawk) to perch . You might even run into the the actual birds trainer .
