Why does my green cheek conure rub his head against me?
I thought the first time he did it that he was wanting petted but lately he doesn't like me touching him much with my hand. but he keeps rubbing his head all over me when he's on my shoulder all over my neck and face. What is this?
Well, depends on how old he is. He may be becoming sexually mature, and he is trying to interest you in a little hanky panky. You don't do it right, which is why he gets mad at you. Or, he is in molt and he is itchy.

It sounds like his imprined on u you (sounds like his trying to mate with you ) its a display of affection by the sounds he probly getting later on in the year and probly start again near the end of the year too you may also hear some new or odd calls from him aswel
