I was just wondering which pet breed bird had the softest feathers? Thanks
Eclectus parrots http://www.avianweb.com/eclectus.htm have interlocking feather that feel like silk. Cockatoos have feather that feel like satin Dust comes from cockatoo feathers while the eclectus has no dust.
