My tasteless father thought it'd be funny to take a Sharpie marker and draw some marks on the tops of my parakeet's heads. They are unharmed, but the marks on their heads make them look really ugly. Will the marked fathers eventually fall off and be replaced with new ones during their next molting periods?

Yes, they will eventually molt the old feathers and grow in new.
