When do cockatiels stop changing colors?

This is my baby Soren, hes 9 months old. Do you think he has his set color now? Will he change again with another molting?
Your Cockatiel is growing up. Much like humans change from being little boys and girls to men and women. Birds show they're grown up by changing color. It looks as if by the coloring that Soren is a male reaching puberty and is growing into his vibrant feather colorings.

When birds molt, their color patterns change a little, but it looks as if your bird is set now. Good luck with him! He's beautiful!
From the photo, your cockatiel looks like a normal grey male, when fully moulted it will have a yellow head with orange side flashes and dark grey body colour. Once it has moulted out, this will be the final colour. If the bird has got white pearl markings on the wings, it is a pearl male, these pearl markings will disappear in future moults.
I have a 5 month old white face cockatiel male. On his birth certificate, there's a picture of him when he was younger. His face was completely black. When I got him, the white area on his face wasn't as bright as it is now. I'm just going to wait and see if he changes anymore. Time will only tell!
I've never heard of cockatiels changing colors before.

I don't have a cockatiel so I'm not sure if it's normal, but, who knows?

It may go on for the rest of his life. I wouldn't know though, I have a parakeet, not a cockatiel.
