You can either buy budgies from Petco, PetSmart, or Petland. Their are also hundreds of people whom breed budgies for a living. Just either search the internet, Craigslist , or your local newspaper to se if anyone in your area sells budgies.
You can buy budgies practically anywhere. They are very common try looking into Petsmart. Or other local pet stores and if don't don't have any ask them for other places.
