i think it's normal, may be is a male, and also if simmetric without spot it is a good sign

By this I hope you mean
Red as in comb - this means that your bird is healthy, and most likely matured.
Yellow as in feet - certain breeds and colors of poultry are supposed to have yellow feet/shanks.
Now if you have a yellow comb, your bird is not matured, or if it is then it is sick. And if you have red feet/legs your bird most likely has scaly mites under the leg/feet scales. If such is the case rub some cooking oil or butter on his legs to suffocate the mites.

Yellow feet - dependant of the breed of your chicken.
Red comb - indicates a healthy bird!
If you are worried your chicken is ill for any reason, take it to a vet - ask to see a 'farm vet' as they tend to have more experience with chickens, 'normal' vets often don't have a clue:)
Cockerel is more vibrant is colour than the hen. That's how you start to tell the difference between a hen & a cockerel
Could be your chicken is a rooster who's gettin horny.
