i was playing with my budgie, i was just wiggling my fingers and she was playing like she always does, but she took her wings and wrapped them around my hands, her wings were fully stretched out around my hand. I was really freaked out and i don't know what to do?! Or why she did it!?

Sounds like you have a male budgie who is performing mating behavior to your finger by wrapping it around with its wings. Are you positive that your budgie is a female?

To me, this sounds like mating behavior. Are you sure your budgie is female? Because if this was mating behavior like I am guessing, then this is male behavior. A male budgie in mating position will be on top of the female with his wings stretched out around the females body. Look here:

I'm sorry because I don't know, but I would say that you should go to the veterinarian or to a pet shoppe, and ask them!! Then, you'll be given a clear answer. It was most likely just for warmth or comfort .. . animals love security and cuddling.
