My female English budgie?

Im really worried about my budgie that I got from a well known website from where im from, I noticed that when she is standing on the perch, she lies her stomach on the perch completely to a point were her head is touching the perch. I know when a bird tucks in there leg when they rest or go to sleep but with her she lets her right leg loose and looking crooked its really weird. Also when i grabbed her i tried examine her and what i found near her right leg is a lump on her chest i hope its not a tumor it looks like a fat miskito bite and around the bumb theres feathers that look picked. Ive been breeding lovebirds and canaries so I know how a healthy bird looks like so please dont tell me read more on budgies and useless comments. I think i should spray warm sea salt not too much of it to heal for minerals shes 3 and will turn 4 in new years. But let me know what you think I should do, or if anyone experianced what i did and know what to do.Thanks a lot for your help, I really appreciate it.
Being a breeder, you probably already know all there is to know. The only way to know for sure is an Xray, id say. Gotta see a Vet:/it dosnt sound good but i hope its not a tumor
I would have said that big lump was it's stomach ... I can't remember the proper word for it. Although it is less shown when they get older. Your parakeet need to go to the doctor. She is probably leaning forward like that because it hurts her when she tries to go to sleep. Take it to the vet before it comes restless from the position of sleeping.
