My parrot often bites the electrical wires around the house. Can I stop this? How?

Heya! If he's biting things it may be a sign that he needs to chew on something. Does he have plenty of chewable objects? Also, it may just take a bit of training. I came upon a good website with this sort of info. Hope it helps!

parrots love to chew wires and will strip them of insulation and bite through them at EVERY opportunity our wires are now triple insulated with double conduit round all exposed wires get some lengths of cable tidy and cover your wires in them, probably doubled up for safety
