I really only want a male, but ive read they go dull if there isnt a female around.
You might be better off posting this in the "Fish" section not birds, Y! A chose the category based on the word cockatoo, its better to double check before hitting the submit button another time.
I have a 180L tropical set up but sorry I know nothing about cichlids.
