Can someone please identify the bird for me in the picture?

It's the one in this pic: http://i55.tinypic.com/e6r1xe.jpg

I just want to know what type it is so I can get it the right food. It was really cold out and it was just sitting on my ledge so I let it in. Thanks in advance!
It looks like a warbler check out this link. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Black ...
Don't feed it anything. This is a wild bird.

Don't interfere with wildlife.

Let it back outside.

You shoving your camera in its face is probably scaring the hell out of it.

Stress=lowers a bird's natural immune system=makes it easier to be sick.

Also, it is illegal to keep wild birds in the US.

I know you mean well, but you are probably doign more harm than good, if you feed it the wrong food.

It looks like some type of bug eating bird by the looks of its beak. Like flies or little bugs/grubs on trees.

I just looked and i think it may be a female black-and-white warbler.

Just let this bird go. I know you mean well and would not want to harm this bird, but that is what you are doing.
It does look like a warbler, and has for what type of food to feed it, i would call or go to a vet to ask what kinda food it eats, also i would get a parakeet or cockatiel cage to keep it in and put a heating pad under it, cause when a wild bird lets you hold it it usually means its sick , when a bird is sick they need warmth.
It is so different to many birds I know of. If you are planning to keep it it looks very close to a finch and canary. So my best advise would be to give it that kind of food. Is this your first bird? If so look up on how big a cage should be. (Make sure it is big for at least 2 birds so it has room) Also make sure you add a big variety in its diet like fresh fruits and vegetables except avocados.
