I am looking to buy a couple ducks and I don't want to get taken for a fool on it, just wondering what a fare price would be?

You don't mention where you live in the world, I'm presuming its America? You will just have to pay the going rate for these ducks, breeders can charge what they like, fair or not. Its up to you to decide if you are willing to pay the price they ask. You can always haggle:)
