Since morning my bird has been acting very lazy and tired. Usually he is flying everywhere or cleaning himself. He is really active. Right now he is sitting here with this head resting on the sofa as if he can't lift it. Another thing that is odd is that he keeps sticking out his tongue. He never does this even though it might be usual for other birds but not him. So should I be worried about anything?
You should definitely be worried. This sounds potentially bad . The vet. ASAP.
You say he flies "everywhere" so he could've eaten something that disagreed w him including non-food item, been exposed to something, ran into something. Are there any other animals that could have grabbed him?

Yes you should be worried. He is obviously sick. He sounds like he may be having trouble breathing. Take him to a avian vet right away.
He could be coming down with something. I would give the vet a call and he what he says . Good Luck
