is it a good size & build?

Be sure to fill it with A LOT more toys and branches than in that photo!
If you're letting him out a lot then it's great, you should look for a perch attachment (with another toy or toy up there as well) to go on top of the cage. Then you can just leave the door open and he can climb in and out as he pleases.
I would not get it. First, there are some negative reviews about its quality. Also, it seems kind of small. I have a cage that size for my goffin's cockatoo.
Try kingscages.com. They have plenty of nice cages, and good customer service, who will help you with the perfect cage.
