how do I stop my bird from biting, chewing me?

She is very nice but I know that she is testing my hand to see how react when she bit me but she is doing it every time I come near her. We already bond and she is tame but she isn't train yet. She is not biting me of anger she is just testing but my finger hurt when she nibs all the time. She is curious but she likes to chew on my finger.
Some birds will chew the fingers just as they are playing! But also it could be a bite! only you can tell if it is a bite as playing, or trying to hand on you, or biting you as a fight!

But if you want to stop it whatever the kind of bite/chew it is put your finger and when it bite you just let it give you a small bite and remove your finger right away .. keep on doing that till it know that you don 't like it!

Hope this is will help!
Well parrots usually have the habit of biting or chewing things. My parrot used to chew my jewelery and fingers, and you can't do anything about it. All you can do is be sure that you don't make any sudden moves or come rapidly to him ... then, he'll fly away and will be scared. When you'll try to get him in your hands, he'll bite really hard and trust me, it hurts soo much. So try to be nice and try to keep the moves that can scare him at a minimum level.
